You will need a Mac computer with Xcode 11.4 installed.

HOW DOES THIS APP WORKS
With only two buttons at the bottom of the screen, users can do daily check-ins with a very simple action required from them: tap ¡°I smoked¡± or ¡°I¡¯m craving¡±. It¡¯s that simple! Users will get daily push notifications to remind them to check-in and view their progress.?Users will be able to view their progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
