How to import Metform custom form

1. Import metform blocks, this indicated by ¡®Form¡¯ suffix in the template name.
2. Add new Metform form, click ¡®Edit with Elementor¡¯ to open in Elementor editor.

4. Click ¡®My Templates¡¯ tab.
